Returned to Owner
Sept. 21: The County officer had just picked up the male, Beagle mix when the HC staff got a call from the Animal Control officer saying he’d spoken to someone who’d lost a dog that matched the Beagle’s description.  The HC staff stopped the County officer, the owner drove up and identified the dog as theirs and they were happily reunited.
