Harold James Dady, 83, died on Jan. 6 at home in Forestville, surrounded by his family.

Harold was born in New York City and raised and educated in
England. He moved to Sonoma County in 1959. Harold served in World
War II from 1940-1946 in the British and U.S. Armies. He was a life
long member of VFW Post 21. Harold enjoyed traveling, the outdoors,
and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife of 55
years Queen Dady; daughter, Debra Rose; his sons, Don (Dominique)
and Albert Dean Dady; sister, Gladys Snaith, his grandchildren,
Timothy, Danielle, Cole, Samantha, and Jessica, his great
grandchildren, Vanessa and Kaya and numerous nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made in Harold’s name to the American Cancer
Society or Memorial Hospice.
