Genevieve Proschold – life-Long Healdsburg resident

Genevieve “Gen” Proschold, a lifelong resident of the Alexander
Valley, passed away at home on December 4, 2002. She is survived by
her beloved husband of 62 years Carlton F. Proschold. She is the
mother and mother-in-law of Terry and Jackie Proschold of Covelo,
Peter and Linda Proschold of Las Vegas, Nevada, Candy and Larry
Cadd of the Alexander Valley, twin sister Geraldine Borri of
Healdsburg and Glen Bonham of Ferndale, Washington. She is also
survived by eight granddaughters and 11 great-grandchildren. Gen
was a member of Grace Lutheran Church and she was active in both
4-H and FFA in the Alexander Valley and in Healdsburg while her
children were growing up. She is a past District Deputy of the
Rebekahs and past President of the Geyserville Rebekahs Lodge. She
passed away at the age of 82 years old. Memorial Services were held
on Saturday, December 7 at Grace Lutheran Church in Cloverdale. A
private burial was held at Olive Hill Cemetery in Geyserville.
