If you’re looking for a fun way to celebrate Earth Day (April
22), Garbage Reincarnation will host an Open House & Earth Day
Celebration on Saturday, April 25 from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at
Recycletown, located near the entrance to the Sonoma County Central
Landfill on Meecham Road in Petaluma. Guests can tour Recycletown’s
reuse and recycling areas and view the new education center. There
will be information available from Sonoma Compost Company and
Beyond Waste and other organizations will offer information on
reducing, reusing and recycling. Refreshments and entertainment

Native Plant Sale at Circuit
Rider

Circuit Rider Productions in Windsor will hold its annual Spring
Plant Sale on Saturday, May 1 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 9619 Old
Redwood Hwy. The sale includes a variety of native plants and
grasses produced at the Windsor organization’s plant nursery,
including aster, big leaf elder, California honeysuckle, coast
buckwheat, oaks, madrones, native bunch grasses, sticky monkey
