Edward “Eddie” Eidsen died Nov. 10, 2007. He was 78. He is
survived by his wife of 53 years, Esther. Eidsen is also survived
by children Pamela (Don) Richmond of Sacramento, Steve Eidsen of
Santa Rosa, Bradley (Ruth) Eidsen of Rib Lake, WI., Jeffrey (Cindy)
Eidsen of Windsor, and Perri (Tom) Dumbacher of Colorado Springs,
CO.
Also surviving are 13 grandchildren: Jonathan and Sveta
Richmond; Matthew, Joshua and Shaun Eidsen; Elizabeth, Mary and
Mark Eidsen; Lexi, Haley and Trevor Eidsen and Joshua and Karrisa
Dumbacher. Eidsen was the brother of Kathleen Enns (deceased) and
Sharon (Jerry) McBee. Eidsen graduated from high school in Corning,
CA. and attended Pacific Bible Institute in Fresno, graduating from
Fresno State University with a B.A. degree and a Masters degree
from San Francisco State College.
Eidsen served in the U.S. Army from 1953 – 1955 and taught
school for 13 years. He has been a member of Hessel Church since
1965, serving in various capacities there. The family wants to
thank the Doctors that have done a wonderful job these last
years.
A viewing will be held Friday, Nov. 16 from 12 to 4 p.m. and
Saturday, Nov. 17 from 8 to 9:45 a.m. at Pleasant Hills Memorial
Park and Mortuary, 1700 Pleasant Hill Rd., Sebastopol.
Family and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service
Saturday, Nov. 17 at 11 a.m. at Hessel Church, 5060 Hessel Rd.,
Sebastopol.
