Dayton will be missed

Editor: I was saddened by word of Pete Dayton’s passing. He
played a such key role in saving and improvement of Healdsburg
District Hospital and the services it provides Windsor, Healdsburg,
Geyersville, and Cloverdale. Pete’s leadership role in the
Healthcare Foundation of Northern Sonoma County helped us undertake
to the many improvements in new or restored services at the
hospital. His leadership in the parcel tax election campaign
further contributed to our sustained positive financial status. He
will be very much missed.
