Here are some of the agenda highlights for the Healdsburg City Council’s next meeting on Monday, Feb. 4, 6 p.m. at City Hall.
First, the city will receive a 2018-19 mid-year budget review report and may adopt a resolution amending the fiscal year 2018-19 budget.
A local preference priority policy will be alliteratively discussed and a resolution could be adopted to establish priority for local affordable housing projects.
There will be an Alliance Medical Center lease agreement and presentation from the Alliance CEO. Council may adopt a resolution authorizing City Manager David Mickaelian to sign a revised medical office building lease agreement with Alliance Medical Center on behalf of the City of Healdsburg.
There will also be talk regarding the Transportation Advisory Commission.
City Hall is located at 401 Grove St.
