Cross country standout Lucas Chung wrapped a great junior season at the CIF State Championships on Saturday at Woodward Park in Fresno, finishing the 3.0-mile course in 16:36, good for 46th place overall among Division 3 runners.
The meet, contested in nearly ideal running conditions, was the top performance from Redwood Empire runners in the race.
