Bob Scott

Robert “Bob” Scott, 72, died on July 23 in Yreka. He was raised
in Sebastopol. After graduating from Analy in 1949, he entered the
Navy and served as a Sea Bee in Japan during the Korean War. While
living in Sebastopol, he helped construct the Sebastopol Boy’s Club
and coached many sports including boxing, little league and his
favorite, football. He was the defensive coordinator for the
Sebastopol Bobcats from 1970 to 1977.
