Throughout the school year, the Windsor Times will name a male and female athlete of the week. Due to an error last week, Brogden was named but an incorrect photo was used, therefore she is being re-honored this week with the correct photo. We regret the error.
Brogden, Holdenried, stingy defenders for Lady Jags
Junior Taylor Brogden and sophomore Olivia Holdenried have been a great tandem in from of the net for the Lady Jaguars in a stellar campaign in front of the net, helping to keep the Lady Jaguars in every match. The pair has recorded a combined 117 saves on the season and show no signs of slowing down in leading the team to a 5-4-3 North Bay League record, landing a spot in the North Coast Section playoffs.
Rubio climbs wrestling podium  
Freshman phenom Isaiah Rubio has been a tremendous addition to the WHS wrestling team this season, piling up wins in both dual meet and tournament action. Rubio continued his quest for greatness on Feb. 8 at the North Bay League Wrestling Championships, navigating the 106-pound weight class unscathed to capture his first league title.
