Pignataro enjoying strong trail season
Sophomore cross country standout Jayda Pignataro has emerged as one of the top runners on a young squad this season, making a steady rise among the league ranks. Pignataro turned in a strong performance at the NBL finals on Friday, negotiating the muddy 3.05-mile course in a fast 22:34.
Larson a rising star for Running Jags
Sophomore cross country talent Hunter Larson has served notice of great things to come in a break-out season for the Jaguars, establishing himself among the top athletes on the team. Larson enjoyed an outstanding effort at the North Bay League Championships at Spring Lake on Nov. 10, finishing 14th overall among varsity boys in a sizzling 16:59.
