Contreras a big play man on gridiron
Senior receiver/DB Mikey Contreras is making the most of his senior football campaign, leading the team on both sides of the ball. The talented veteran turned in his best game to date on Friday against Analy, hauling in six pass receptions for 132 yards and a pair of touchdowns in the Jag’s 38-31 win over the Tigers.
Johnson a net force for volleyballers
Senior outside hitter Brittany Johnson is in the midst of a sensational volleyball season for the Jaguars, emerging as one of her team’s top offensive weapons. Johnson logged a pair of outstanding efforts in recent matches against Analy and Cardinal Newman, combining for 17 kills and two blocks.
