Junior Blake Fredrickson is in the midst of a meteoric rise on high school wrestling mat, emerging as one of the Jaguar’s top athletes. Fredrickson flexed his muscles at the prestigious Tim Brown Memorial Tournament on Saturday, navigating the 113-pound weight class unscathed to capture an individual title.
Vieyra a steady contributor for Lady Jags
Senior guard Jackie Vieyra is enjoying a strong senior basketball campaign for the Lady Jaguars, making big contributions on both ends of the court. Vieyra turned in one of her best season efforts in a Jan. 8 meeting with Maria Carrillo, chipping in seven points and three rebounds to help the team to a 68-26 rout.
