Manalac out fast for Running Jags
Senior track & field standout Ralph Manalac has been on a mission to excel since the season started last month, turning in a string of outstanding performances. The veteran hurdler and relay man continued to shine at Saturday’s Chip Castleberry Invitational meet at Analy, clocking a second-place mark of 16.71 in the 110 Meter High Hurdles, adding a time of 43.56 in taking fourth overall in the 300 Meter Intermediate Hurdles.
Campos rounding into form for Lady Jags
Junior sprinter Kendal Campos is hitting her midseason stride this month on the high school track circuit, logging her best effort to date on March 30 at the Chip Castleberry Invitational in Sebastopol. Campos logged an impressive effort in both the 100 (13.39) and 200 Meter (28.05) events, capturing first and seventh place respectively.
