So … I won something
I’m not one to toot my own horn, but I do need to thank the Windsor Unified School district for their kind presentation in their last meeting. They nominated me for my body of work covering the district and I was selected to win a California School Board Association Golden Quill award for excellence in education reporting. I appreciate the nomination and the kind words.
Circle keepers
We’ve got a lengthier piece in the paper, but everyone should really check out the Community in Circle event at the high school. It’s a way for the community to see the amazing restorative practices work at the high school and participate in the restorative circles. The event takes place at the Windsor High School Theater on Friday, Jan. 25 at 6:30 p.m. RSVP at
