Rasmussen tosses 4-hitter; Tigers pound out 12 hits to key rout
The Analy Lady Tigers looked every bit the defending Sonoma County League champions in the much-anticipated league opener on March 30, jumping all over visiting El Molino in a 9-1 rout in Sebastopol.
The win pushed the Tigers’ record to 4-3 overall and 1-0 in the SCL, while the Lions dropped to 3-9 on the year and 0-1 in league.
Both teams will be back in action this week as Analy plays host to Elsie Allen on April 3 (after press time) and travel to archrival Petaluma on Thursday, April 6, while the Lions will make an April 6 visit to Piner.  All games start at 4 p.m.
