The folks at Alexander Valley Vineyards will
celebrate the 199th anniversary of pioneer Cyrus Alexander’s birth
on Saturday, March 13 with an elegant three-course candlelight
dinner in the wine caves. Dinner will be prepared by estate chef
Jeff Young and paired with AVV wines. The event is open to the
public and the cost is $100 per person, plus tax. For reservations,

The Wilson Winery will sponsor its third annual
scholarship benefit wine tasting event on Saturday and Sunday,
March 27 & 28 at the winery, 1960 Dry Creek Rd. All revenue
raised through tasting room sales will be donated to the Children
of Vineyard Workers Scholarship Fund, which was established by
Wilson Winery. Last year it raised $10,000 to meet the educational
needs of children of vineyard workers. To make a donation, call
