Two prominent Italian chefs from the cooking school,
“Sculoa di Art Culinaria Cordon de Bleu Perugia,”
will visit Sonoma County this week to teach a class and cook a
dinner. Chef Roberto Menichetti will teach a demonstration
pasticceria class at Costeaux French Bakery in
Healdsburg this Friday, April 2 at 2 p.m. It will include Italian
decorated Easter eggs, hand-painted pastries and ravioli dolci
(fresh, handmade pastry used as a dessert). The fee for the class
is $65. Then on Wednesday, April 7 Menichetti will be joined by
Chef Andrea Sposini in the kitchen at Lucy’s Cafe
in Sebastopol to present a special dinner. To sign up for the

Simi Winery presents a weekly cheese course
every Saturday. The cheese course consists of four Simi wines and
four locally produced cheeses. The course is available from 11:30
a.m. to 3.30 p.m. Reservation are not necessary, the cost is $15
