Camellia Cellars will host its first public
winemaker dinner on Saturday, May 15, with chef and author Jack
Burton at the historic Camellia Inn where 20 years ago the
award-winning winery was born in the inn’s cellar. The first course
will be served at 7:30 p.m. The cost for the dinner is $79 per

Chez Felice, one of the newest additions to the
Windsor Town Green, will host a seminar and dinner on Monday, May
18 at 6:30 p.m. Guests will taste the difference a glass can make
as Paul Manchester of Riedel Crystal presents a comparative tasting
of Chateau Felice wines. You will learn how the design and shape of
a glass affects the taste of wines. A gourmet dinner will be
prepared by Executive Chef Laurie Souza and guests will receive a
set of Riedel’s exclusive sommelier glasses. Cost is $195 per
