A benefit concert on Saturday, Nov. 8 at 7:30 p.m. at the Sebastopol Community Center

will feature two Bulgarian musicians on a nationwide reunion
tour. Ivo Papazov and Yuri Yunakov will perform in a benefit for
the Roma (Gypsies) from Kosovo and the former Yugoslavia. The Yuri
Yunakov Ensemble will play Romani wedding music from Bulgaria,
Macedonia, Kosovo, Greece, East India and Turkey. The ensemble
attained star status in the 1980s in Bulgaria in the legendary
band, Trakiya. The $16 ticket price will support advocacy,
educational and humanitarian aid for the Roma. For information,
