What brought you here?
My wife and I had just had our first child. We were living in Santa Rosa but were looking for more space and a more family-friendly environment. We’d been visiting Cloverdale for several years and loved it. A house here opened up at just the right time, and we were able to buy it from our friends.
What keeps you here?
We love it. Cloverdale has a little bit of everything. It has a movie theater, some great restaurants, a brewery, and a live theater which is amazing for a small town. This is a town that values artists, and musicians. And wine. These are all things we support, too, so we love Cloverdale. I graduated with a theater degree from Humboldt State and I’m about to take part in my second production at our theater here. I work in Santa Rosa as a mental health case manager. We are just very happy to be here.
