OYSTERS AND BUBBLY
Tony Marti, owner of Windsor Wine Shop, is hosting his 9th
annual Holiday Champagne and Hog Island Oyster Tasting. on Friday,
Dec. 30 at 7 p.m. Marti will be featuring a wide array of sparklers
from around the world including a few wines from the famed Veuve
Clicquot. Space is very limited ($35 per person) for this unique

ALOHA WINTER
Six Sonoma County high school culinary programs, including El
Molino and Windsor, will participate in a Jan. 14 “Aloha
Winter Wineland” food tasting fund raiser sponsored by the Sonoma
County Lodging Association, to be held at the Sonoma County
Fairground’s Finley Hall. Tickets are $40. The student teams have
been paired with professional chefs and will compete for the
“People’s Choice Awards.” Call 523-3728 for further
