A Friday Night Port Tasting
is scheduled for this Friday, Feb. 27 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at
Costeaux French Bakery and Café in Healdsburg. The blind port
tasting will be accompanied by blue-veined cheese and chocolate.
The tasting and discussion will be led by culinary arts instructor
Anne Vercelli. The port wines will be tasted, scored and the
results announced. The participation fee is $40 and attendance will

The Bodega Volunteer Fire
Department
will host a risotto-turkey breast dinner on Saturday, March 13
from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at McCaughey Fire Hall in downtown Bodega.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children. All proceeds will
benefit the volunteer fire department. For more information, call
