Relish Culinary School in Healdsburg has
announced its summer schedule of classes, including more than 20
courses. Highlights include: “Braise and Grill BBQ Picnic” with
Jack Burton on May 1 and “Cooking in the Garden, Herbs and Edible
Flowers” with a demonstration in the organic gardens Dragonfly

Ag Trust’s
retirement party for longtime SRJC ag
instructor Jim Porter on Saturday, May 8 from 3 to 8 p.m. at SRJC’s
Shone Farm near Forestville. The dinner features a barbecue dinner,
live auction, raffle and dancing until sundown. Proceeds will
benefit the livestock facility at the Shone Farm. Tickets are $35
per person, $20 for current full-time students and $350 for a table
