will host its annual Harvest Celebration on Saturday, Sept. 17,
from 1 to 4 p.m. offering guests the aromas, sounds, and excitement
of harvest in the Dry Creek Valley. The event will feature a local
photographer’s display, cookbook signing, DaVero Olive Oil tasting,
mustard tasting, fresh grape and grape juice sampling, exploring
aromas in wine, a special display about cork, deciphering wine
labels and mobile bottling line demonstration (from 2 p.m. only)
The winery is located on Westside Road a mile west of
Healdsburg.
This Saturday, Sept. 17
the winery and lodging members of the Russian River Wine Road
(Alexander, Dry Creek and Russian River Valleys) will be donating 5
percent of their sales to the Red Cross Hurricane Katrina Fund. For

Silver Oak Winery
pour their wines on Saturday, Oct. 29 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the
Russian River Wine Co.,132 Plaza St. in Healdsburg. A tasting fee
will be collected.
