He was the husband of Alice I. Mazzoleni of Sebastopol, father
of William “Bill” Mazzoleni, George A. Mazzoleni and his wife,
Vicki, Paul L. Mazzoleni and his wife, Danita, all of Petaluma,
Marie A. Young and her husband, Charles of Sebastopol and Alan J.
Mazzoleni and his wife Joie of Esparto, grandfather of eight and
great-grandfather of one. He was the brother of Horace “Tiny”
Garzoli of Brookings, OR, Dorothy Paganetti of Petaluma, Bill
Mazzoleni of Novato, Rose Paganetti of Mackay, Idaho and the late
Helen Hale. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Louie was born in Novato and reared and educated there and in
San Rafael. He was a life long dairyman, in the business for more
than 60 years. He owned and operated his own dairy for more than 36
years and retired in 1994. He had been in ill health for the past
year. He was a member of S.I.R.S. #58 of Petaluma, Laurel Gun Club
and the Farm Bureau. Contributions are preferred to Hospice of
