Ruth E. (Brunk) Rose – 64-year resident of Geyserville

Ruth E. (Brunk) Rose passed away at home in Geyserville on
Friday, July 16, 2004. She had lived in Geyserville for the past 64
years. Ruth was the beloved wife of 60 years to Roger (Bud) Rose;
mother of Dave Rose of Geyserville, Donna Dean of Rosamond, Pete
Rose of Carnation, Washington and the late Daniel Rose; sister of
H. Daniel Brunk of Corvallis, Oregon, Betty Kemph of Terrevonne,
Oregon and Harold Brunk of Red Bluff; grandmother of five
grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was the daughter of
the late Reverend Hugh D. and Velma Lee Brunk. Ruth was a longtime
member of the Geyserville Christian Church and the Healdsburg
Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star. Friends are invited to attend
a celebration of Ruth’s life on Sunday, July 25, 2004 at 2 p.m. at
the Geyserville Grange Hall. Private committal services will be
held at Olive Hill Cemetery in Geyserville. Memorial donations to
Shriners Hospital, 2425 Stockton Boulevard, Sacramento, CA 95817
would be appreciated.
