Larry Carson passed away Jan. 14, 2008 in Sebastopol at the age
of 95. He was born in Burlingame, CA and moved to Sonoma County in
the late 1940’s. Larry was an avid bowler, and was still actively
fishing, gardening, and boating. He retired from Standard
Structures in Windsor.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years Kay Carson, three step
daughters: Thomasine Franceschi and husband Lloyd, Linda Perkins
and husband Doug, and Janice Cross and husband Bob; also by his son
Larry Carson, Jr., 12 grandchildren, and several great
grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at
Palm Drive Hospital for the wonderful care they provided. A
Memorial Service with inurnment to follow was held at 10:30 a.m. on
Friday, Jan. 18, 2008 at Pleasant Hills Memorial Park & Chapel,
1700 Pleasant Hill Rd., Sebastopol. In lieu of flowers, donations
may be made in his memory to Sutter VNA Hospice of Santa Rosa.
