Police, fire and school officials stage a fatal car accident as

Shattered glass, broken beer bottles and what appeared to be
blood covered the street behind Healdsburg High School for a
staging of an alcohol related car crash to bring awareness to
students.
A collaboration of city and county officials along with school
staff and students presented the ‘Every 15 Minutes’ program to the
entire student body, a nationwide program that travels from school
to school to discourage teen driving.
Program coordinators said that their intent is to hit hard with
their message to students. Several students will go through the
process of being booked into custody for driving under the
influence, be admitted to Healdsburg Hospital and one student was
airlifted from the accident.
