1st Sgt. Eric Wroblewski was recently appointed to lead the North Bay Recruiting Company, which consists of seven recruiting centers and 40 soldiers who are responsible for recruiting for the U.S. Army and the Army Reserve. The company covers Mendocino, Sonoma, Napa and Solano counties.
At a ceremony last Friday, Wroblewski formally accepted responsibility for the company from 1st Sgt. Micah Turner. The ceremony included the national anthem, an invocation and the ritual passing of the NCO sword, as well as remarks by Wroblewski, Turner and Capt. Jeanette Chavez.
