3:03 p.m. Warrant service at HPD on Center Street, self surrender, citation issued.
7:08 a.m. Disturbance on South Fitch Mountain Road, reporting subject became upset by level of noise due to an argument and left area.
7:32 p.m. Driving on a suspended license on Healdsburg Avenue, citation issued.
8:48 p.m. Drunk driver on Healdsburg Avenue, turned onto highway, referred to other agency.
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 28
7:02 a.m. Graffiti at high school on Prince Street.
9:09 a.m. Petty theft on Lupine Road, medication stolen.
9:11 a.m. Graffiti on Terrace Boulevard.
9:18 a.m. Petty theft on Healdsburg Avenue.
11:36 a.m. Violation of court order on University Street. Caller reports his neighbor saw his estranged wife show up at his house and sat in his driveway on Sept. 17, in violation of a civil court order.
10:38 p.m. Unlicensed driver at Lupine Road and March Avenue, citation issued.

8:51 a.m. Disturbance at Badger Park on Heron Drive, report of loud, amplified speaking, advised it was the Jog-A-Thon, unfounded.
11:43 a.m. Petty theft on Center Street, purse removed from unlocked vehicle.
12:26 p.m. Petty theft on Healdsburg Avenue.
1:12 p.m. Drug activity at high school, student in office who had brought marijuana to school, citation issued.
3:09 p.m. Vandalism at Oak Mound Cemetery on Piper Street, tree branch removed from property.
