1:55 a.m. Stolen vehicle on Vine Street, vehicle spotted in Santa Rosa and Novato eventually discovered being driven in Novato. Driver arrested, vehicle returned.

9:46 a.m. Petty theft on Johnson Street.
12:23 p.m. Annoying/harassing phone calls reported at HPD on Center Street.
9:49 p.m. Warrant service at Powell Avenue and Center Street, arrest made.
WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 31
3:07 a.m. Domestic on Vine Street, arrest made for domestic battery, kidnapping, false imprisonment and violation of probation.
8:00 a.m. Accident with property damage only at Tucker Street and University Street.
10:41 a.m. Accident with injury on Vine Street and Matheson Street, vehicle versus pedestrian.
2:28 p.m. Alcohol violation on Grove Street, civil matter.
