On Wednesday, Feb. 28, at approximately 3:09 p.m., the Healdsburg Police Department responded to the intersection of Matheson Street and University Street to a hit-and-run.
The victim was an 80-year-old bicyclist and the vehicle is described as an older model red car with the passenger side mirror broken off.
Healdsburg Police are requesting the public’s assistance helping to identify the vehicle. Anyone with information or who was witness to this incident can contact the Healdsburg Police Department at 431-3377 with further information. Request to speak with Detective Van Vleck or Officer Dean.
