The Healdsburg City Council is scheduled to review and possibly approve two new housing projects Monday night. The 29-unit “Oaks at Foss Creek” subdivision near the corner of Grove and Chiquita Roads, has been extensively reviewed by the Healdsburg Planning Commission, which resulted in multiple revisions of the plan before it was approved.
The second project, called “Riverhouse” is an infill project on Kennedy Lane consisting of five cottages and three granny units. It was approved by the planning commission on the first try.
Both projects are recommended for approval.
On the topic of housing, the council will hold its annual review of the city’s growth management program.
At the beginning of the meeting, the council will hear a presentation on the “Tuesdays in the Plaza” summer concert series and a plan to move the weekday farmers’ market back to Plaza Park.
The Healdsburg City Council meets on Monday, April 16 at 6 p.m. at Healdsburg City Hall, 401 Grove Street. The meeting agenda can be found here: http://healdsburgca.iqm2.com/Citizens/default.aspx
