Donald W. Fredson – Veteran and Life-long Sonoma resident

Donald W. Fredson passed away June 27, 2007 at the age of 88. He
was the son of the late Geneva E. and Chris A. Fredson, and the
brother to Leonard Fredson. He is survived by his wife of 60 years,
Josephine, children John Fredson and MaryAnn Fredson,
granddaughters Caly Fredson and Elizabeth Hopper, daughter-in-law
Marlene Fredson and son-in-law Logan Hopper. He was a lifelong
resident of Sonoma County. Donald was a U.S. Marine Corp veteran
and served in World War II.
A visitation was held June 30, 2007 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the
Santa Rosa Mortuary, Eggen and Lance Chapel, 1540 Mendocino Ave.,
Santa Rosa. The burial was private. In lieu of other remembrances,
the family would appreciate donations in Don’s memory to the
non-profit organization of your choice.
