Frank Dodd of Montrose, age 87, died Monday afternoon, June 25,
2007 at the Valley Manor Care Center in Montrose. Frank owned and
operated a paving company in Reno, NV, before retiring to Montrose
11 years ago, where he made his home until the time of his death.
He was an avid horseman and was involved in many horse shows
judging and as also entered into the Horseman’s Hall of Fame in
Nevada. Surviving family members who were honored to share Frank’s
life including his daughter, Jacqueline Lelouarn of Healdsburg and
three sons: Monte of Minnesota; Jeffery of California, and Tracy of
Montrose, CO. He is also survived by his granddaughter Deborah
Lelouarn-Kindice and grandson Mike Lelouarn.
