Family yoga at the library, Feb. 7
There will be a family yoga session at the Healdsburg Library on Feb. 7 from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. The 45-minute session will feature relaxing breathing, games, relaxation exercises and gentle poses. 16th annual steelhead festival, Feb. 9
This annual festival will take place at Lake Sonoma rain or shine, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The fest will feature food, wine and beer, a silent auction, live music, archery and a junior fishing activity for kids. Red light lit: Storytelling and poetry at the Harmon, Feb. 10
The Harmon Guest House hosts an early Valentine’s Day celebration with the Red light lit event, a love and relationship story told through poetry, song and story. The show features musician Josiah Johnson, local investigative journalist and experiential humorist Scott Keneally; San Francisco-based musician and poet Sarah Bethe Nelson; Red Light Lit’s editor Jennifer Lewis; and memoir and essayist Allyson Darling; with musical accompaniment by musician, songwriter and film composer David Williams. Healdsburg Glen ribbon cutting ceremony, Feb. 11
The city of Healdsburg will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony for the celebration of the completion of Healdsburg Glen, a 25-unit affordable housing apartment complex. The event will run from 4 to 5 p.m. and will feature an introduction from Mayor David Hagele and other city officials. The event is free and open to all. Healdsburg Planning Commission meeting, Feb. 12
The Healdsburg Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, Feb. 12 at 6 p.m. at city hall at 401 Grove St. One of the major topics of discussion will be the proposed Matheson Street restaurant above Copperfield’s Bookstore. All are welcome to attend the open portion of the meeting.
Strength training for seniors, Feb. 13

The Healdsburg Chamber of Commerce will host its annual chamber breakfast on Thursday, Feb. 14 from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Healdsburg Mayor David Hagele will give the state of the city speech and keynote speaker, Chris Denny, founder and president, The Engine is Red will speak on unlocking your creative side.
