Edith Rose Wentland, beloved wife, mother, daughter-in-law,
sister-in-law and friend, age 47, passed away suddenly Thursday
evening, Sept. 14, 2006, in Park City. She was born Dec. 22, 1958,
in Oakland, Calif., the daughter of Trevor and Leola Jones. Edith
lived most of her life in Sebastopol, where she and husband Keith
raised their five children. She was active in the community and a
cherished friend to many. The Wentland family moved to Park City in
August 2004. She is preceded in death by her parents and survived
by her husband, Keith; sons: Kyle, Bradley, Andrew and William;
daughter, Elizabeth Rose; parents-in-law, William and Irene
Wentland; and in-laws, Kevin and Susan Laabs; nephew, Zachary
Laabs; niece, Michelle Laabs. An account in Edith’s name has been
set up at Mountain America Credit Union for those who would like to
donate to assist the family. A memorial service was held on October
7 at Hessell Church in Sebastopol.
