Windsor Day Parade
Editor:
As our community knows, each year the Kiwanis Club of Windsor organizes the annual Windsor Day Parade. The first parade was held in 1980 as a means of promoting town unity. The parade has been held every year without fail, and forges ahead regardless of weather.
The Kiwanis Club of Windsor is looking for parade entries for this year’s parade on Saturday, Apr. 30. The parade guidelines and application are available for download at the our website, kiwaniswindsor.org. The application deadline is Apr. 8. The mailing address for all applications is Kiwanis Windsor, P.O. Box 1178, Windsor, CA 95492.
The parade theme is “Recognizing Valuable Individuals.” Let’s make the 2016 Windsor Day Parade the biggest and the best ever.
Thank you to everyone in advance.
