Supporting CIRs

Editor: I am sorry I was not able to attend the November 2nd
City Council meeting and say a few words. On the other hand, I read
the letter in the November 19 issue of the Tribune so I can keep my
comments brief.
While not being a member of any group on either side of the
issue I did put my name on support material for the CIR. In other
words, regarding what Lucie Keene said: ditto.
