LETTER TO THE EDITOR

Business appreciation
Editor: We want to extend our sincerest appreciation to the
independent businesses of Sebastopol, and beyond, for their
generous donations to a fundraiser held this past weekend at
Aubergine’s in Sebastopol. The successful fundraiser was held for a
14 year old Sebastopol boy who is in need of a medical procedure
that is not covered by his insurance. Friends and family solicited
local businesses for live and silent action items to raise the much
needed money. Although quite a few of them had already exceeded
their annual donation budget, they donated anyway. These are the
same businesses that you see on the back of your son’s or
daughter’s baseball and soccer uniforms, and are always the first
to give back to their community. Please support these businesses
during the holidays as they support our community all year long. We
