Letter: Successful Relay for Life

Editor: I want to thank your newspaper for the excellent
coverage of Windsor¹s Relay for Life. Hopefully, this article will
encourage others members of our community to join in this event
next year. Relay is the American Cancer Society¹s signature event
to raise awareness of cancer in our area and to raise funds to
fight this disease. Donations more than doubled from the previous
year¹s Relay and still counting.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank my team
mates and all the teams for their dedication to the Relay despite
the unrelenting heat.
