Letter: Help make a change

Editor: I read Ms. Hackett¹s letter from last week and I would
like to take this opportunity to personally invite her to come
share her ideas and enthusiasm for improving our schools at our
next PTO meeting on Wednesday, September 27, at 6:45 p.m. in the
HES library.
The HES & FMC PTO is dedicated to making positive
improvements in our school this year through enrichment programs,
family events, school spirit, special recognitions for teachers,
staff, students and volunteers, and strengthening the communication
between home and school.
It would be wonderful if she, and other parents who share her
sentiments, came and joined us in our efforts to make our
elementary school a positive learning environment for our children,
a welcoming place for parents, and a stimulating place to work. We
hope to see you at our next meeting; we can make a difference in
our child¹s education and in our schools.
