Throughout the school year, the Windsor Times will name a male and female athlete of the week. Recipients will receive a free small soda, a small bag of chips and a sandwich from Pohley’s Market.
Horton a go-to player for lacrosse team
Sophomore Casey Horton has established himself among the best lacrosse players in the NBL this year, emerging as the Jaguar’s top scorer. Horton continued his assault on league competition in a pair of matches last week, recording goals against Cardinal Newman and Casa Grande.  
Angel enjoying strong track season
Sprinter Yasmine Angel is making the most of her senior track campaign for the Jaguars, turning in a string of outstanding efforts. Her latest exploits came in an April 20 meet with Rancho Cotate and Montgomery, as Angel took third overall in both the 100 and 200 Meter races, while running a leg on the winning varsity 4 x 100 Meter Relay team.
