Windsor High School freshman Connor Wong finished up a breakout season at the North Coast Section Swimming Championships in Concord on Friday.

Freshman standout Connor Wong put the wraps on a great swimming season at the prestigious North Coast Section Championships in Concord on May 12, a fitting end to a breakout campaign.
A week removed from winning an individual North Bay League title, Wong entered the NCS meet as one of the few qualifying underclassmen and did not disappoint.
Competing in Friday’s preliminary race, the talented freshman lowered his PR in the 100-yard butterfly event by more than a second with a clocking of 53.18. The time was good for 25th place overall.
