League cross country championships at Spring Lake on Nov. 10

High school cross country runners will be looking for peak performance this Friday, Nov. 10 when they hit the trails at the North Bay League Championships at Spring Lake in Santa Rosa. The first race starts at 2 p.m.
The NBL Championships are the first step for runners with state aspirations, with the North Coast Section Championships in Hayward following on Nov. 18. The CIF State Cross Country Championships will be held at Woodward Park in Fresno on Saturday, Nov. 25.
The Jaguars put in some final prep work on Nov. 1 in the final regular season meet with Casa Grande and Ukiah at Schollenberger Park in Petaluma, turning in outstanding efforts on the three-mile course.
