Matthews a big contributor for baseball team
Senior infielder Will Matthews has been a valuable player for the WHS varsity baseball squad this season, making huge contributions in all facets of the game. Matthews played a key role in Windsor’s two-game sweep over El Molino last week, ripping a combined six hits in seven trips, including two runs scored and a pair of RBIs in a stellar week on the diamond.
Toste a dangerous scorer for lacrosse team
Sophomore lacrosse star Hailey Toste has been nothing less than sensational during a break-out spring season for the Jaguars, emerging as one of the league’s top offensive players. Toste turned in a game for the ages in an April 16 outing at Justin Siena, exploding for a school record eight goals to key a 13-10 victory.Â
