Knowing your blood pressure is very important for aging adults. High blood pressure is called the “silent killer” because you can have it for years without knowing it. The good news is that it can be treated and controlled. At our interactive clinic learn how the systolic and diastolic numbers are so important to you with tips on how you can lower your blood pressure and more. Please do not drink coffee or smoke cigarettes 30 minutes before having your test; wear short sleeves; and go to the bathroom before the reading. Please call 707-838-1250 to sign up.
