Zumba® Gold Toning, Wednesdays, beginning March 7, 10:30 to 11:40 a.m. $6 drop-in fee
The Zumba® Gold-Toning program offers the best of both worlds — the exhilarating experience of a Zumba fitness party with the benefits of safe and effective muscle conditioning and strength training. Lightweight maraca-like toning sticks enhance sense of rhythm and coordination while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body. The benefits of low to moderate intensity strength training exercises are essential to prevent a dramatic reduction in muscle mass, muscle strength, atrophy and sarcopenia (loss of skeletal muscle mass). Toning sticks will be provided in class.
AARP Driver’s Class, Wednesdays, March 7 and 14, 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Those attending receive and follow along in a workbook, view slides and receive additional information from a qualified volunteer instructor. Upon completion, each person receives a certificate. Present the certificate to your insurance agent for possible discounts. Cost is $15 for AARP members, $20 for non-members. This is an eight-hour class held over two days. (four-hour refresher classes are available at other locations.) Advanced registration at the front desk is required. For more information, please call 838-1250.
