Here’s what’s happening at the Senior Center:

Drop-in Computer Help, Monday, June 25, 2 4 p.m. This drop-in group meets on the fourth Monday of each month. Need help with a computer problem? Want to learn how to set up your email? Having trouble uploading your pictures onto your computer? Come to this FREE class and ask any computer question that is stumping you. Please see www.sonic.net/wscug for more information.
Are You Okay? Would you like to receive a friendly morning call? A Windsor Senior Center volunteer will call you each morning during the week to chat and make sure you are ok. If you do not answer, a designated contact person or a Police Officer will be sent to check on you. This is a free service. For more information or to sign up please call 838-1250.
Aerobics, Wednesdays, ongoing, 9 to 9:45 a.m. $5 drop-in fee. This non-dance cardiovascular workout includes strengthening and balance work, as well as overall stretching. The class is taught to upbeat music, yet there are no tricky steps to follow. You will learn effective exercises that are fun and make it easy to enjoy exercise. No class on July 4.

Sit and Fit, Tuesdays and Fridays, ongoing, 10 to 11 a.m. No fee. This class includes very gentle stretching, balance work, specific muscle toning, and range of motion exercises, all of which are done primarily seated. Participants may stand if so desired. Optional light weights for upper body strengthening are available. Donations kindly accepted.
